Thermometer stuck at 400 degree's
Went out last night and purchased a cheap steak to try on my new Green Egg. Brought the temperature up on the grill up to 400+ degree's and slapped on the steak. Cooked it for 2=3 min per side and shut the vents. The steak turned out perfect and I experienced my first Green Egg orgasmic experience. Wait.............................Sorry I am back, I just had a flashback.
Came out this morning to check on the grill and thermometer is stuck at 400+degrees. It's 500 below outside so I know something isn't right. Does anyone know how to correct this?
