Picked-up a 9lb Rib Roast, Prime Graded yesterday for my Christmas cook. Most expensive chunk of beef I ever purchased! Looking forward to the cook and will post some pics.
OT: Good to see there is active moderation on this forum and glad to see hateful posts deleted.
