Just some pics of the monster Peruvian Roast Chicken I made last weekend. A 7-pound bird roasted at 400°F for 90 minutes on my large BGE. Very tasty and tons of leftovers.

    This looks good...I have been thinking of doing a whole chicken and was trying to come up with some ideas - so I think I am going to try this one.
