Just some various cooks in Wisconsin since my August egg purchase.
The boys came home from college for a weekend, so I threw on some 3-1-1 ribs on the BGE and spatchcock chicken on the Traeger.
Had to try a butt -- it was excellent!
And some paella and pizza -- say bye bye to the gasket...
