So after many years of wanting a big green egg I finally lucked out and was able to pick up a large at Roswell hardware for the eggtoberfest price. The wife ok'd it so I picked it up on Sunday. I have cooked dinner on it everyday thus far and I am completely in love, it may be one of my all time favorite purchases ever!

I registered on this forum back in 2009 ... got my EGG only a month ago ... didn't spend much time here because until you have one, most of the discussion here just doesn't compute. Of course now I'm absorbing info here like a sponge ....
