Smoking Beef Ribs

First of all, this is my first post and I have yet to cook anything on my new BGE.  I can't wait.

One of my favourites is smoked beef ribs and I happen to have a couple racks of beef ribs in the freezer.  
Since this is the first attempt, I'm looking for all the advice I can get.  I have apple chips but I that's about all.
