I tried this a few weeks ago and WOW it was a great combination - great reviews from my guest...

This is on the BGE cooking list for the upcoming holidays for sure.

    MCR,

about how long was the cook time on this 2 pounder?

i'm gonna try this on a 4 pounder (3 sliced triple deck) before a football game and would like to know how early i'll need to get started.

Took about 2.5 hours on 325 then I wrapped it in foil and placed in cooler for two more hours until we were ready to eat.
