Well the subject is a little misleading, these were the first hot wings I have ever done up to today previously I had limited myself to establishments like Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Chicken wings on the EGG are as easy as cooking a whole chicken! Used some Louisiana Wing Sauce and got some Ranch dip, OH MAN! are these things great?!
Seasoned with some garlic salt put on indirect with a drip pan 350 for about an hour, turning after 30 minutes. Moist, tender, packed with flavor!
Cooked up 4 pounds of Tyson Wings, all second sections and drumettes no tips so all of it was usable. Delicious, great way to watch OSU Cowboys stomp Texas A&M.
