Beef Spare Ribs?

I saw some on sale at the store and decided to give them a shot. What's the best way to cook them? What's a good sauce recipe?

    Not much help bu I will suggest you try whatever you like on pork ribs. I used my favorite dry rub and put them on indirect at 250. Sauced them for the last hour. I think they took about 5-6 hours total.
