Bass Ale in hand and the Egg heating up. I'm cheating since this is my first pizza so I'm going with a thin crust Publix brand Margarita pizza. Plan is to run Egg at 500. Place adjustable rig in with stone up high. Let heat for 20min. Throw on pie and pull after cheese is melting and edges are brown. Any thoughts? I'll post pictures later and once I get my "sea legs" I'll give Tweevs dough a go.
