Hello all I am only one month into my egg expeirence and loving it so far. My question is I have to smoke two briskets for tomorrow night, one is 11lbs and the other is 14lbs, has anyone ever done two? Should i put them side by side or one on grill and one on an elevated rack? I have the XL egg. Do I need to extend cooking time? ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!

I say cook one on top of the other and rotate a few time throughout the cook, so they will baste each other. Just my opinion.
