Any idea's on how long a 3.8 lb Pork Loin should take to cook at 350 with the plate setter?  Just trying to plan for this evening.  Thanks.

    Pork loin usually works pretty well for 25 minutes per pound at 350. It's always a good idea to cook to temp rather than time. Do you have a good instant-read thermometer like a Thermapen?
