Eggtoberfest 2010 - Grill and Brew Club Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Cups cold water
  • 3-3/4 Cups bread flour
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 packet rapid rise yeast

Instructions

Mix in bread maker

Put ball of dough in a ziplock bag with some olive oil.

Leave to rise overnight.

Cut into 3-4 pieces for 3-4 crusts
