NOLA Style BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients1/2 Lb Butter (Unsalted)
2-3 Med Onions ( Chopped Coarsely)
Full Bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
Head of Garlic (Cut in half)
1 tbs Tobasco Sauce
1/2 Cup Worstershire Sauce
1 Lemon (Halved, queezed into sauce and rinds dropped into sauce)
Cajun Seasoning to taste
2 Lbs ShrimpInstructionsIn a pyrex dish or aluminum pan combine all ingredients and heat at 400 degrees untill the onions become translucent and the sauce mixture begins to boil.  Add shrimp and stir occasionally untill all shrimp are pink.  Serve with fresh french bread.NotesNumber of Servings: 4-6Time to Prepare: 20 Min.
