Ingredients3 lb of Alaskan Cod
Yellow mustard
Italian dressing
Pepper
Lemon juice InstructionsSmear Fish with lemon juice, yellow mustard, and Italian dressing.
Sprinkle pepper (coarse grind) over it
Let sit some time - the longer the better. Best if over night in a tuperware container.
Grill over plate setter 15 minutes per pound
