We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Black Bean Salsa

1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed.
1 10 oz. can Pineapple tidbits, drained and rinsed.
1/2 Green Pepper chopped.
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Newman's Own Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 tsp. Cumin


Mix and serve. Chilling is fine too.


Number of Servings: 3-4

Time to Prepare: 15 minutes
