IngredientsAny pasta of your choiceItalian Sausage (I use mild)Pineapple chunksAsian Sesame with Ginger & Soy Dressing (I used Ken's Steak House)InstructionsWhile firing up the grill, start the pasta. Cut the uncook sausage into about 1 inch pieces.
Get the grill to about 350 degrees. Spray a wok topper with non stick spary, place the cut up sausage in the topper and set on the grill rack. About 5 mins before the sausage is done add the pineapple chunks. Mix and let cook for about 5 more mins.
Put sausage and pineapple in a bowl and add cooked pasta, mix. Add the dressing to taste, mix and serve.
