We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Blue Berry Salad

2 Small boxes of Black Cherry Jello
1 Can of Blueberrys (Not Pie Filling)
1 Can of Pineapple Crushed
1 8 ounce of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 t Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
Chopped Nuts


Mix jello with 2 cups of boiling water until dissolved.  Add Blueberrys and juice and then Pineapple juice and all.  Do not drain.  Mix well.  Cool in Fridge.  When set add topping. Mix all Topping ingredients and spread on top  of Cold Jello top with chopped nuts.  Use a 9 inch pan.


If making double I use 5 small boxes of Black Cherry Jello.
