Ingredients
• 1 Cup Wood chips/chunks of your choice

InstructionsBest Steak Ever.
Bring Egg to 700Deg (both dampers wide open)(w/ grill grate contained within)
Season Strip steak with salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning (both sides) Soak Wood chips/chunks of choice upon lighting grill.
Grill steak for 3 minutes with both dampers still wide open. Flip and grill for another 3 minutes (use tongs over a fork for the &#034flip&#034) Flip once more and lift grate a little and apply chips to the hot coals. Now shut both dampers completely for another 3 minutes. Provides a medium-med rare steak. ( Open top damper all the way before opening grill, then open grill slowly.*Roll your pants up in case of Flood (this is a juicy steak)Enjoy!NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
