Green Egg Roast Prime Rib(Yorkshire Pudding)

Ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 1 &#189 Cup milk
• 1 &#189 Cup flour, sifted
• 1 tsp sale
• &#189 Cup beef dripping (supplement with vegetable oil if not enough in roasting pan)

InstructionsPreheat oven to 450°. Pour hot drippings from roasting pan (and extra oil if needed) into 10 inch cast iron skillet and heat on bottom rack of oven while preparing batter. Beat eggs and milk together with whisk or rotary beater, add flour and salt and beat vigorously until smooth. Add batter to &#034hot&#034 skillet and oil and bake for 30 minutes.
