|• ½ Cup lime juice|
|• ¼ Cup orange marmalade|
|• 3 Clove fresh garlic minced|
|• ½ Cup fresh Cilantro leaves minced|
|• 4 Tbs olive oil|
|• 1 tsp soy sauce|
|• ½ tsp red pepper flakes|
|• Pinch salt and pepper to taste|
After the alotted time, cook the shrimp: wok, pan fry or grill. Shrimp cook fast, so it won't take long. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
