Ingredients

1 bone-in ham

1 12oz. can of Coca-Cola Classic

HD aluminum foil

Instructions

I use a Frick's (local meat company in the St. Louis area) bone-in ham.  Pre-heat oven/Egg to 375.  If cooking on Egg, set up for indirect.  Wrap ham in HD foil, but before sealing shut pour the can of Coke in over the ham.  Seal the foil and cook in roasting pan for 30 min./pound.  Then open the foil up to allow the ham to brown.  Cook an additional 30-60 min. or until to desired color.  Be careful not to let it cook too long with the foil open or it will burn.  Enjoy.  The Coke tenderizes the meat unlike anything I have ever seen, so be prepared for your guests to be asking for seconds.
