We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Chili Shrimp

Ingredients

• 1 Clove Garlic
• 1 Tbs Ginger, grated
• 2 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1 Tbs Oriental Chili Bean Sauce
• 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp Tomato Paste
• 1 Tbs Sugar
• 1 Tbs Lemon juice
• 2 lb Shrimp

Instructions

Combine the crushed garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili bean sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar and lemon juice. Shell and devein shrimp. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Grill for 4 minutes each side.

Notes

Chili bean sauce is an oil-based soya bean, garlic and extra hot chili paste. Use with caution. Available from Chinese and Asian food outlets.
