Chili Shrimp

Ingredients
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 1 Tbs Ginger, grated
• 2 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1 Tbs Oriental Chili Bean Sauce
• 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp Tomato Paste
• 1 Tbs Sugar
• 1 Tbs Lemon juice
• 2 lb Shrimp

InstructionsCombine the crushed garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili bean sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar and lemon juice. Shell and devein shrimp. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.Grill for 4 minutes each side.NotesChili bean sauce is an oil-based soya bean, garlic and extra hot chili paste. Use with caution.
