We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! Stuffed Portabellos

Ingredients

• 8 Oz portabello mushrooms
• 3 Oz cream cheese
• 3 Oz chedder cheese
• 3 Oz Blue cheese
• 3 Oz Salsa

Instructions

Core out mushrooms as much as possible leaving them intact.
Chop up cuttings and mix all ingredients.

Cook along side your roast or whatever for about 20 min.and serve as an appy.
