Wilted Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
• 1 head of Lettuce, washed and shredded
• &#189 Cup Olive Oil, hot
• &#189 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 Tbs Sugar, as needed
• 1 Red Onion, peeled and chopped (to garnish)

Instructions**&#034Wilt&#034 the lettuce with the hot oil in a large metal bowl.
(CAUTION: DEALING WITH OIL IS VERY DANGEROUS. MAKE SURE LETTUCE IS
DRY AND ROOM-TEMPERATURE TO AVOID SPLATTERS.) Add vinegar. Add sugar
as needed to offset acidity. Garnish with onion, chill and serve.
Delicious!
