Ingredients

• garlic flowers
• good flavorful olive oil
• salt and pepper

Instructions

If you grow garlic, do this! If you don't, maybe you should, or hook up with some one who does and ask for their flowers.
At some point, here in New Hampshire it's July, the garlic sends up a long shoot with something that looks like a mini head of garlic. These are the flowers. Harvest them before they get too big (when you can actually see it sectioning off like a head of garlic then there kinda too big) by cutting down a few inches of the shoot, where it's most tender.

Wrap flowers with tender shoots in foil with good olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast on BGE until tender. Eat them Like popcorn (only they're better than popcorn - and that from someone who likes popcorn alot!). Try this.
