Pico De Gallo

• 3 each jalapenos: minced*
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4-6 Tbs fresh cilantro; chopped or to taste
• 3 Clove garlic; minced
• &#189 tsp salt
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• &#188 tsp chipotle pepper; ground
• &#188 Cup fresh lime juice

InstructionsIn a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour to develop natural juices before serving. Makes 1 ½ cups. Be sure to wear gloves when handling the peppers. NOTES : Best if made early in the day if having for dinner in order to give the spices a chance to blend.
*Be sure to wear gloves when mincing jalapeno's. Do not rub eyes, wash hands thoroughly when finished. NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
