Three Sisters Pepper Jelly
1 Cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 Cup finely chopped red bell pepper
2 finely chopped red hot peppers (seeds removed)
2 finely chopped green hot peppers (seeds removed)
1 tsp salt
6½ Cup sugar
1½ Cup white vinegar
6 Oz Certo
parafin sealing wax
InstructionsBoil all ingredients, except Certo, for 10 mins.
Remove from heat.
Pour into 8 - 8oz jars or 14 baby food jars. Fill high enough to ensure that the parafin can be easily removed.
