|• 1 Tbs sesame seed per fish filet|
|• 2 Pinch fresh ground black pepper|
|• ½ tsp lemon juice|
|• 1 Cup Pecan chips/soaked|
Add soaked pecan chips to 300 degree BGE and place fish on greased veg/fish grill.
Sprinkle fresh lemon juice on fish (one side) 2 min. prior to removing fish from grill.
Cook 8-12 min. per side.
