GaHog Tilapia(Emiral's Sesame Asian)

Ingredients
• 6 Oz Emeril"s Sesame Asian Merinade
• 1 Tbs sesame seed per fish filet
• 2 Pinch fresh ground black pepper
• &#189 tsp lemon juice
• 1 Cup Pecan chips/soaked

InstructionsPlace Tilapia fillet(s) in zip lock bag. Pour Emeril's Sesame Asian marinade into bag with fish. (Any marinade suitable for fish will work).
Marinade for (minimum) 30 minutes in fridge.
Just prior to placing on grill, sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh ground black pepper onto fish.Add soaked pecan chips to 300 degree BGE and place fish on greased veg/fish grill.
Sprinkle fresh lemon juice on fish (one side) 2 min. prior to removing fish from grill.
Cook 8-12 min. per side.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
