|• 1 lb Salmon Fillet (we use Steelhead Trout Alot too)|
|• Seasonings of your choice|
|• 1 Cedar plank|
|• Veg. oil|
Place the entire plank on the grate. Cook at 300 for 30 minutes. DO NOT TURN. When removing the fillet to a platter, the skin should remain on the plank - then just throw the plank and skin away.
