4 Cup assorted greens (parsley, spinach, chives, watercress, etc) 2 hardboiled eggs
1 Cup sour cream or plain yogurt Dash white pepper
2 small onions, minced Dash salt
2 Tbs cream (if needed) Pinch sugar
2 Tbs mayonnaise (if needed)
1 Cup cottage cheese
InstructionsPuree cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream in food processor until creamy and smooth.
Wash greens thoroughly and chop coarsely. Add 3 cups greens and puree until greens are finely chopped. If needed, add cream and mayonnaise to keep sauce creamy. Add minced onion; season with salt, pepper and sugar.Serve cold on thin-sliced meat.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
