1 small Onion, peeled and finely chopped 1 Tbs Tandoori Marsala
2 inch piece of fresh Ginger root, peeled and minced 1 tsp Cumin
3 Clove Garlic, peeled and minced ½ tsp Paprika
3 fresh green Chili Peppers, like Serrano or Jalapeno (optional) 1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
4 Tbs Unsalted Butter
InstructionsPlace the onion, ginger, garlic and peppers in a food processor and grind into a thick paste.
