1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs cajun spice
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs onion salt
1 tsp Cayenne
1 Tbs paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 Cup sweet barbeque sauce
2 lb pork side with bone and lots of meat
InstructionsRub the pork and let sit for at least 1 hour.
Set the egg at about 400f
Put the pork on the grill and turn the heat down after about 15 min.
Cook slowly for about 3 hrs or until any fat is almost gone.
Now baste with the sauce --both sides- numerous times.
