Meaty Pork Rib Sections(Mexican Oregano Rub)

Ingredients
• 1 Tbs oregano
• 1 Tbs cajun spice
• 1 Tbs garlic powder
• 1 Tbs onion salt
• 1 tsp Cayenne
• 1 Tbs paprika
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 Cup sweet barbeque sauce
• 2 lb pork side with bone and lots of meat

InstructionsRub the pork and let sit for at least 1 hour.
Set the egg at about 400f
Put the pork on the grill and turn the heat down after about 15 min.
Cook slowly for about 3 hrs or until any fat is almost gone.
Now baste with the sauce --both sides- numerous times.
