1/3 Cup Sesame oil (light, if only have dark reduce to ¼C)

Marinade pork loin 6hrs or more.

24hrs plus for chinese BBQ pork like in restaurants. Quickly sear all sides, then Q over med 250-300°f dome temp to 165°f internal temp. Let rest a few minutes, slice and serve!
