<p />beer can chicken with witchey red on one side and red rooster on the other. both sides were great, give the vote to red rooster. have now used the witchy red on chicken hamburgers meatloaf, and awesome lobster salad. its a very unique and tasty rub. now have the well balanced spice rack with ken stones and the dizzy pig products. with a well stocked shelf of these rubs, i dont think that ill need to try any new rubs for quite a while
