Just sitting her right now (11:30PM). Got the Egg fired-up, waiting for it to stabilize at about 250 so I throw a couple butts on. Going to do butts, some baby backs, ABTs, some beans and have the Cole slaw already made and in the fridge.
Have a couple of co-workers over here from Japan so I figured I'd have them over for some BBQ. I recently spent about 16 weeks over there. Tried all kinds of great dishes (although none besides an Oyster BBQ were home made) so I figured I return the favor. Hope it all comes out good!
