Rookie Eggster....Need to smoke a turkey..1st time

Could use some help on my first attempt at smokin a 12.3lb. turkey...you know how it goes...the inlaws are coming over tomorrow for lunch....would appreciate some help. Just got the egg yesterday and fired it up to learn the heat control....amazin...

    Dale,[p]CWM pointed you to a great setup to cook da TOM. [p]I usually will put in on a setter (wire) sitting in a foil pan. Early on, 200 or so for 30 minutes while the wood chips and chunks I threw in are doing their duty, then 350 until my temp probe chimes its done (in the breast).[p]Many ways to do things, this is just mine.[p]Cajun (Dale too)
