Wow is all I can say. Saw a recipe where someone put there bacon in the burger before cooking. Tried it just a little while ago. 400 degrees 4 minutes aside and then put the cheese on. Came out delicious.

Now get that cheese inside with it! Try the cheese inside next time. It's called the Jucy/Juicy Lucy. Looks really good!

I've been craving a cheeseburger all day and the first post is a cheeseburger. That's just mean.

Had the egg a while and it seems the simplest cooks take the longest to try. Glad in saw the earlier post tonight. Came out great. Thanks.

The whole meal looks very tasty. Hamburgers on the Egg are pretty awesome. I remember back in the day when my mama use to mix Lipton Onion Soup mix in the hamburger. Man was that good!

I have done that with blue cheese in the past. Next time inside. Baby steps with the new egg.

Sounds great - looks fantastic! I haven't put bacon in burgers, but I have put cheese in the middle, and I've also buried a slice of onion (just tucked in partially so that the onion is nice and carmelized). I'll have to give bacon a try next time... ;)

Wish I could take credit for the idea but it was on an earlier post tonight when I got home and I was doing burgers so..... It was a natural to try. I used one piece per burger. Just the good stuff no fat.
  • I was reading the other post tonight and just stumbled into your post. Looks awesome man!

    Tim,

You're supposed to put the cheese in there too. :P this one got american and habanero jack with some bacon. Burgers are a great way to show power of the egg flava. ;)
