DP sorry Muffin Tin Thighs

I tried Myron Mixon’s muffin tin thighs tonight. I followed Thirdeye’s directions to the tee. They came out real juicy.

Put them on at 375, cooked for 15 min.

Pulled them out of the pan and finished until they hit 175

Sauced them and left them on for another 5 min.

Fresh String Beans, New Potatoes, and Fresh Beet Greens.
