Best Thing About Thursday...
Tonight I'll be doing some boneless pork chops - that's great! [p]But the best thing about Thursday is that I just got back from the butcher with a few pounds of ribs (membrane removed) and prepared them for my traditional Friday afternoon BBQ - baby backs on the BGE. They will be on by 12:30pm and ready about 6:00pm - I love ribs! I whipped up a new batch of the Memphis Style rub, covered the ribs and put them in a plastic bag for tomorrow.[p]Best to all for a great evening![p]
