The A/R does it again!!

The A/R comfortably dispatched 4 spatchcoked birds to perfection on 2 levels, then masterfully grilled two tri-tips that were out of sight. I love my Egg, but I'm lovin it even more since I got my A/R and gear from CGS.



No pics on the tri-tips.....too hungry to wait!!

Eddie, the longer I Egg, the more requests I get for bringing Q to parties and other events. So, even though it's just my wife and me at home, I often find myself cooking for a group.........and that's where the A/R shines.

They sure were, Joan. Chicken is a totally different experience on the Egg. And once you've had it on the Egg, any other bird cook is a distant second. Better turn down that A/C over there, Joan. If our heat is comin your way, it's a scorcher!!
