What a mouthfull  .............Went out yesterday, met my politician friend, invited him for lunch.....told him how much I enjoy cooking...he says......have you tried Cocodrile Chicken?? I say.....wot??????????? He buys it for me, ....well here it is............no mistake about it The best Crocodile/ Chicken I've ever had....marinated with mustard & onions, S & P, ...thought it needed something else......I added Gary & Pam Willson's delicious Moose Butt Chili Powder a most acknowledged present, ..............On the Large at 400* F no turning ..............................
This guy is for real...... :woohoo:
Some courgettes around & the onion & green pepper pouch.................150* breast internal , 170* thigh.........
Ready :woohoo: ...............
The aluminum pouch was deeeeelicious.....
Really juicy....tender & the best flavour ever............
Loren cooked her aubergines & cheese cake....it was something else...
Egged some corn bread ( A present from Richard) & accompanied with Fresh pesto....
Great taste..

That is quite clever - I'd love to do one for the folks at work! Thanks for posting - you've put me on a mission.

I did a little snooping on the leap frog and here is what I found.

2Fat: Yes, that is where I learned the technique as well. You can search leaping frog chicken in the forum. Here is my first post on it...notice the reference to Gourmet Mag (page 102 to be specific)...

Belli,
That gallina is like no other cocodrillo I have ever seen.
No white triangles down the sides or on the hood. Looks a lot better looking than the cocodrillos that went up and down Insurgentes.
All kidding aside, that is one fun looking looking and delicious cook.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx -
That is EGGCELENT! I will have to try your crocodile chicken. Great for a fun presentation. Any special tricks you wish to share on cutting the chicken to get it to lay flat. Thanks for sharing. Inlaws are coming for a week so the Egg is going to be busy. Putting on a #8 butt tonight for dinner tomorrow. I will have to try this instead of spatchcock for them.
