I did one of these a while back and just wanted to make sure it was as good as I remembered. OH YEAH. It was great. For those interested it is Morro Bay Richs' recipe. This is off the Egg and after photo-37.jpgresting[IM]ttp://[/IMG]

And this is sliced ready to eat. Pulled it at 130. I make a tri tip pizza with left overs.

Must be Tri Tip Friday.

The recipe makes these so easy as long as you can get tri tips which depending on where you live can be difficult. I do a chicken breast with a new Mexico chili rub that comes out great on the grill. I use my San Felipe ladrillo to hold it down. Thanks for looking. Time to post some of your cooks.
