Hi all![p]My loving wife received a gift from the boss today. Two 16oz. bone-in filet migon from Allen Brothers. I will thaw in the ice-box overnight. I will use the the "TREX" method. Will post results tomorrow after dinner, if I'm still awake. Keep smokin, DK
