We spent the 4th in Dallas with the kids. We had a chance to scope out Hornhonk's hotdog supplier and while there at Hirsch's picked up some stuff for the egg. Went over to visit Hornhonk at Elliotts tasted those non wagu hot dogs (pretty darn good).

On the way home stopped at CM and found this gem
Sprinkled with course KSalt RT 40 mins, brushed off salt and seasoned with pepper

on at 550ish turned to get grill marks

flipped and seasoned with garlic powder, pepper and lemon pepper. Added second grate and closed vent temp 315ish and added portabella
