Flanl Steak with Dizzy

Did my first flank steak on the egg. Used Dizzy Dust Cow Lick. Got a free sample for trying to get the local egg dealer to stock Dizzy Rubs. Good flavor, don't have my thermo pen yet so cooked by feel. 475 dome,cooked for 2 minutes, rotated for 2 then flipped and did the same. 8 minutes total. Rested and sliced, probably about 135 to 140 when sliced. Very good could have pulled a little sooner but still great. Thanks for looking. Love tring different things on the egg..
