Well I tried an old recipe on the Egg. Chicken breast kebobs with peanut sauce. I used a raised grid with 475 dome temp. Put the chicken on for 4 minutes, flipped and cooked another 4 minutes. They looked close but I flipped them and cooked them for 2 more minutes.. Plated and dipped with a peanut sauce. The wife was a little concerned since these were here favorite recipe. Her first words.. these are much more moist than before. That was all I needed the Egg is golden now. She loved the chicken. Soo for those who think you can not do boneless chicken breast on the Egg.. yes you can and better...photo-22.jpg

sorry they were so good I did not get a chance to get a picture on the grill..

    Here it is For the chicken breast I use 2 boneless cut to strips to skewer
    1T light brown sugar
    2-1/2 T soy sauce
    2t ground ginger
    1t grated lime rind
    1/4 t crushed red pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    mix and let chicken marinate 20-30 minutes

    for the sauce

    1 T light brown sugar
    1-1/2 T soy sauce
    2 T creamy peanut butter
    1T fresh lime juice
    1/4 t crushed red pepper
    1 clove garlic

    mix and serve with the chicken to dip into..
    YUMO I cooked these at 450 dome for 4minutes then flipped for 4 minutes..done
