Well I tried an old recipe on the Egg. Chicken breast kebobs with peanut sauce. I used a raised grid with 475 dome temp. Put the chicken on for 4 minutes, flipped and cooked another 4 minutes. They looked close but I flipped them and cooked them for 2 more minutes.. Plated and dipped with a peanut sauce. The wife was a little concerned since these were here favorite recipe. Her first words.. these are much more moist than before. That was all I needed the Egg is golden now. She loved the chicken. Soo for those who think you can not do boneless chicken breast on the Egg.. yes you can and better...
