well, i was on my own egging a few chunks of boneless pheasant (no help from the Egg community - kinda surprised me), but they turned out awesome. Moist, tender, perfect amount of smoke (apple), and had a nice hint of citrus at the end.
250 for a little over an hour. placed a few slabs of bacon over them for some fat, but i don't think it was needed. just added that much more to the flavor.
brought them to work this morning and they lasted 22.9 seconds.
Highly recommend trying it if you have access to this particular fowl. Super quick and way too easy.
