Gotta do these in memory of Mike. He helped me on numerous occasions on Baby backs as well as competition spares. Glad I got to meet him at the first Plano Outlaw gathering. May he Rest in Peace!

This is at the second sprintzing (using "Uncle Lee's Rub" secret recipe by one of my close friends/hunting partners - Lee Benosit):

    Sorry for the lees-than-quality pics. Had to use my iPhone since I dropped my good Nikon (counter to concrete) yesterday and it will have to go in to be repaired. :angry:
    Sauced with 75/25 Blues Hog TN and Original (back rack -dry):

    Other items:
    Chicken lollipops:
    Grilled corn, with ckn lollipops (on the small):
    Finished corn:
    After the ribs came off, I grilled some Mozzarillo/Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage and 'Moink-dipped' the lollipops:
    Sliced ribs:
    Plated up:
    'The Princess" made a blueberry/strawberry crisp served with cool whip for dessert!
    Enjoyed having my daughter, stepdaughter, SIL and 2 grandsons here to celebrate!

    Fine looking ribs....a nice spread at your house today! I'm betting that blueberry/strawberry crisp was quite tasty! Do you think she would share the recipe???? Great pics... :)
