into alternative uses for left over pulled pork. Today it's Pulled Pork Pizza Poppers. Started with a tube of Pillsbury pizza dough...cut into squares...pulled pork, grated Queso Quesadilla Cheese, and Raspberry Chipotle on one batch. Pulled pork, candied jalapenos, Quesu Quesadilla, and a dollop of Blues Hog Honey Mustard on the other. Rolled all in stone ground cornmeal and indirect on the Small at 350 or so until brown, turning once or twice. Darn tasty.
